10 Minute Pineapple Cake

This cake is so easy and quick to mix, it only takes 10 minutes to prepare.  Frost it with cream cheese frosting (recipe below), decorate with pineapple chunks if you choose, then enjoy this moist and delicious sweet treat!

Ingredients:

1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

4 ounces margarine or butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar

Instructions:

Blend softened cheese and margarine with mixer.
Blend and whip in the sugar.
Spread on cake, eat and enjoy!
