Italian Grilled Onions

These onions are great as a side dish for any main course or layer them on burgers and sandwiches!

Ingredients:

1 lb. purple onions
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
2 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Does Body by Vi REALLY Work?

Sorry to keep you waiting so long to hear my progress but life took over once again.  Most days, it seems like there just isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done.  Anyone else have this problem?  

I started my first 90 day challenge and 2 weeks before I completed it, I had major back pain from a  health issue (which will require surgery) that affect my back occasionally.  During these 14 days, I wasn’t able to make it to the kitchen to blend my shakes so was basically only on the 90 day challenge for 76 days.  BUT…..just in those 76 days, I lost 31 pounds and over 30 inches!  I also want to mention this loss was with absolutely NO exercise other than exercising my fingers on my keyboard!     I dropped 2 clothing sizes and have since, dropped another size, so does Body by Vi REALLY work?  YES, it does!
